Access Training & Education: Graduation Ceremony

Access Training & Education invite you to our Graduation Ceremony Event for students successfully completing a course in 2020.  



Friday, 15 January 2021   


QSAC (Queensland Sport and Athletics Centre), Kessels Road, Nathan, Mount Gravatt QLD 4111  


There will be two graduation ceremonies. Make sure you register in the sitting for the course you have completed in 2020.    


PSP20218 - Certificate II in Auslan and PSP30218 - Certificate III in Auslan graduates:     



4.00 pm – 4.30 pm  
Drinks* & Finger Food  
Track and Field Room  


4:45pm – 6:00pm                               
Track and Field Room


PSP40818 - Certificate IV in Auslan, PSP51018 - Diploma of Auslan, PSP51018 - Diploma of Auslan (Deaf Cohort) and PSP50916 - Diploma of Interpreting (LOTE-English) graduates:   



7.00 pm – 7.30 pm  
Drinks* & Finger Food  
Track and Field Room  


7:45pm – 9:00pm                               
 Track and Field Room 


Registration & RSVP: All attendees must RSVP by registering by 5.00 pm, Monday 11 January.  




Please note due to the current COVID-19 restrictions places are limited. Register early to secure your spot.

Terms & Conditions Apply:  

COVID-19 restrictions will apply and there are limits to the number of guests who can attend. Each guest will be assigned a seat and must sit in only that seat throughout the ceremony.  


Please note visitors are not permitted to attend the graduation ceremony if they:  

  • are feeling unwell and/or experiencing any flu-like symptoms (sore throat, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, fever);  
  • have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 (during the period of time in which the virus is contagious); 
  • are awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19 or reside with anyone who is awaiting the results of a test for COVID-19; 
  • have failed to observe the government’s current travel restrictions  


While attending the graduation ceremony guests must practice social distancing measures, personal hygiene by washing their hands regularly and thoroughly and/or using hand sanitiser and maintain good respiratory hygiene.  


Please ensure all information provided when registering is true and correct for contact tracing purposes.  


Juice, tea and coffee will be provided. Alcoholic and other beverages at graduates and attendee's expense.
