Deaf Services is a state wide community based organisation that has provided services to the Queensland Deaf Community since 1903.
Access Training and Education ('ATE'), the Registered Training Organisation at Deaf Services, delivers training in Certificate III in Individual Support. Qualifications received through ATE are nationally recognised by employers and other educational facilities.
Casual Trainers - Disability, Ageing and Individual Support
Due to significant growth, ATE is seeking to engage a number of casual Trainers to deliver the above course to its high quality standards. Key responsibilities will include preparation, delivery and evaluation of units, as well as assessment of students in the Certificate III in Individual Support as allocated by the RTO Manager.
Applicants must possess Certificate IV in TAE40110, relevant and current industry experience and experience working with training packages, accredited courses and curriculum. Ability to deliver training in Auslan or previous experience working with an interpreter to deliver training will be highly regarded.
