Ageing Well Support Worker - Casual (Greater Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Gold Coast)
The Ageing Well service improves the quality of life, independence and personal well-being of Deaf and hard of hearing seniors through supporting their daily activities, encouraging social participation, community connectedness and ensuring their environmental safety.
The Ageing Well Support Workers' role is responsible for providing support to consumers living in the community to live as independently as possible per their individualised support plans. The role will also assist clients to maintain their lifestyles which meet their individual needs, abilities and preferences, and which promote inclusion in the life of their community.
