Lifestyle Support Services provides support for Deaf and hard of hearing individuals to live independently, manage their daily activities and to stay socially active. Our LSS team provides a range of support services advice and tailored programs to support participants to achieve their goals and aspirations. Our team culture is positive and respectful with a focus on supporting each other to deliver high quality services to participants in a compassionate and caring way.

The Role

Lifestyle Support Services (LSS) currently has a vacancy for a permanent part-time Administrator located at our Alderley Office. The role would suit a highly organised person with experience in records management; NDIS claims processing and managing day-to-day administrative activities. The role also has a strong focus on communicating with staff and participants using a range of communication tools so exceptional communication skills is must. A willingness to learn Auslan and communicate with staff and clients in Auslan will be highly regarded.  

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated highly developed administrative skills
  • Highly developed engagement and communication skills which demonstrate an ability to liaise with clients, external stakeholders and employees
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Positive and flexible attitude
